Residential Mortgage Specialist

A company is looking for a Residential Mortgage Specialist to help customers secure lending solutions and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Originate mortgage loan applications through various channels

Conduct pre-qualification interviews and recommend loan solutions

Manage mortgage loan pipelines and maintain communication with customers and partners

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

2+ years of experience in consumer lending, loan origination, processing, or credit analysis

Experience in a multi-channel sales environment is preferred

Knowledge of lending regulations including ECOA, RESPA, and Regulation Z is preferred
