A company is looking for an Integrated Marketing Segment Lead (Mid Market).

Key Responsibilities

Own the strategic marketing roadmap and define the Route-to-Market strategy for the segment

Act as the primary Point of Contact for integrated marketing plans and ensure alignment with corporate narratives

Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop persona-based journeys and ensure cohesive execution across marketing channels

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing, Campaign Strategy, or Segment Management in a B2B technology environment

Proven ability to navigate and influence within highly matrixed global organizations

Experience in building programs from the ground up with a focus on operational processes

Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM and analytics platforms for data-driven decision-making

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
