Real Estate Business Development Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Development Analyst to provide administrative support to the BDM team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the market database, tracking progress and issuing updates to leadership

Input leads into the tracking system and ensure accuracy of tracking reports and dashboards

Prepare materials for proposals and collaborate with cross-functional teams for proposal generation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education

Real Estate license preferred

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset

Intermediate math skills for financial-related calculations
