Key Responsibilities

Create and own the roadmap for large-scale drone swarm command and control software

Author product requirements and manage the release process from definition to deployment

Lead operator and customer discovery sessions to inform roadmap decisions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for complex, technically deep products

Experience shipping software in mission-critical contexts with real consequences

Proficiency in writing PRDs for distributed systems or hardware-integrated software

Experience in managing competing priorities in high-ambiguity environments

Ability to conduct operator or end-user discovery interviews and influence roadmap direction
