Job Description
A company is looking for a Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Administrator to manage and optimize their Microsoft 365 environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end users in Teams, SharePoint, and the MS 365 environment
Collaborate with Help Desk and IT teams to address incidents and service requests
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and conduct training sessions on M365 tools
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems
5+ years of relevant experience, with additional experience substituting for education
Experience with Department of VA or U.S. Government contracting
Proficient in managing and troubleshooting SharePoint and Teams environments
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance in M365 and SharePoint environments
