Job Description
A company is looking for a Lead Test Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full quality and automation strategy for the platform
Design and build automation across UI, API, integration, backend, and performance layers
Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines to produce reliable release indicators
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
6+ years of experience in SDET and QA automation with ownership of quality for production-grade systems
Demonstrated experience building an automation framework from scratch or re-architecting one at scale
Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, React, and Next.js
Proven CI / CD integration ownership and full stack automation experience
Experience working in financial or FinTech systems with knowledge of relevant testing patterns
