Junior UX/UI Designer

A company is looking for a Junior UX / UI Designer to support the transformation of their internal cloud management platform into a scalable SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities

Review and assess the current remote cloud management platform and user pain points

Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while iterating on design concepts based on feedback

Conduct user research, support usability testing, and deliver a final presentation with a refined prototype

Required Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in UX / UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Behavioral Science, or a related field

Strong grasp of user-centered design, usability heuristics, and prototyping

Interest in or experience applying behavioral psychology to UX

Familiarity with web accessibility standards and proficiency in design tools like Figma or Adobe XD

Must be a U.S. citizen and able to work hybrid with some in-person meetings in Southern California
