Key Responsibilities

Shape and modernize the internal audit methodology strategy through technology-enabled solutions

Enhance the internal audit methodology to align with Global Internal Audit Standards and regulatory requirements

Serve as a mentor and coach, guiding team performance and ensuring high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

6 years of relevant experience; 8+ years preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA) preferred or expected within a defined timeframe

Extensive knowledge of internal audit standards and risk-based auditing

Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of new practices
