Consultant / Ayurvedic Physician (BAMS) — Seven Seas Live Long Wellness Centre, Jammu

We’re hiring in Jammu: Consultant / Ayurvedic Physician (BAMS) to lead outcome-based Ayurveda + Panchakarma programs at Seven Seas Live Long Wellness Centre.

This is a clinical role for a doctor who can blend authentic Ayurveda with evidence-based, result-oriented protocols, aligned to NABH standards and government empanelment processes.

Role Overview

You will consult patients, assess lifestyle disorders, design personalised treatment plans, prescribe medicines, and lead Panchakarma + integrative recovery protocols—supported by modern wellness technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Consultations & Clinical Assessment
  • Detailed case history, diagnosis (Ayurvedic + functional lens), risk screening, documentation
  • Design outcome-based treatment plans with timelines and measurable goals
  • Prescription & Treatment Planning
  • Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines and formulate treatment protocols
  • Oversee Panchakarma and Ayurvedic therapies: detox, gut-liver reset, pain management, metabolic reset, stress/sleep programs
  • NABH & Compliance (Core Requirement)
  • Maintain NABH-aligned clinical documentation, consent, patient safety, infection control, audits, incident reporting
  • Support government empanelment readiness (process + documentation mindset)
  • Lifestyle Protocols
  • Create and monitor diet plans, exercise schedules, and daily routines
  • Drive adherence via counselling, follow-ups, and progress tracking
  • Tech-Enabled Wellness (Willingness Required)
  • Use/understand tech-supported therapies and integrate appropriately:

Red Light Therapy Bed

Cryotherapy

Aqua Therapy

Oxygen Chamber

  • Work with operations team to ensure safe usage protocols and best practices
  • Team Leadership
  • Guide and train therapists on protocols, contraindications, treatment sequencing, and service standards
  • Ensure patient experience + outcomes stay consistent
  • Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure all treatments follow Ayurvedic standards and ethical practices.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and treatment quality.
  • Handle medical emergencies and referrals if needed.
  • Comply with local medical regulations and wellness centre policies.
  • Client Interaction
  • Educate clients about therapies, lifestyle changes, and preventive care.
  • Address client concerns and provide post-treatment guidance.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy at all times.

Experience & Qualifications

BAMS (required);

MD (Ayurveda) is a plus

4–5 years experience in a clinic/hospital/wellness centre

Solid exposure to Panchakarma practice

Working knowledge of NABH standards (must have worked in NABH guidelines/environment)

Comfortable with documentation, audits, and patient safety systems

Strong communication in Hindi;

English is a plus
