Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing to drive panel growth

Own and optimize the affiliate and referral programs, including performance monitoring and partner management

Plan, launch, and manage influencer and affiliate campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Approximately 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnership growth

Proven track record of managing influencers or affiliate partners with measurable results

Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics and BI tools

Creative mindset with a focus on experimentation and iteration
