Valuations Vendor Manager

A company is looking for a Valuations Vendor Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop vendor selection processes and manage vendor relationships to meet business objectives

Conduct monthly vendor performance analysis and provide oversight communication and training

Identify and onboard new valuation vendors while recommending process improvements

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

3-5 years of experience in institutional residential real estate valuation

3-5 years of vendor management experience, preferably in real estate valuation / appraisal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerBI

Ability to analyze large datasets and create actionable insights
