A company is looking for a Manager, Performance Marketing Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own paid media tracking infrastructure, including pixels, offline conversions, and server side tracking
Manage marketing automation and CRM data flows between source systems and advertising platforms
Maintain data pipelines and reporting infrastructure supporting performance dashboards
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, ad technology, or marketing analytics
3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
3+ years of experience working with CRM systems and lead routing logic
2+ years of experience managing marketing data integrations or ETL tools
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and document processes effectively
