A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to investigate client issues and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls and chats in a call center environment, ensuring consistent delivery of procedures and scripts
Identify clients, collect relevant information, and create support tickets accurately
Provide friendly customer service and assist with basic / advanced technical support
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a structured IT Support environment
3+ years of experience in Customer Service roles, outside of IT is acceptable
1+ CompTIA certification is required
Expert level knowledge of networking, computing, and business applications
Experience with remote support tools and network diagnostic tools
