Associate Cloud Operations Engineer

A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with Development, Support, and Implementation to enhance client experience

Create documentation for policies and procedures related to software installations and server configurations

Collaborate with Cloud Services groups to resolve issues and assist with configuration changes / testing

Required Qualifications and Education

3+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment

Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems

Working knowledge of scripting for administrative tasks (VB Script, PowerShell, or Command Line batch files)

Familiarity with TCP / IP and network troubleshooting

Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience
