SCCM Intune Support Engineer

A technical expert is required to provide advanced support for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 3 support, including troubleshooting and request resolution
• Assist in transitioning workloads from SCCM to Intune, analyzing logs to identify root causes of issues

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune environments
• Proficiency in PowerShell, SQL, reporting tools like PowerBI < li > Strong understanding of Active Directory , networking fundamentals , mobile device management < li > Experience with automation integration solutions < l i >/l i >/span>
