SCCM Intune Support Engineer

A company is looking for a 4 Intune Engineer to provide technical support for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 3 support for SCCM and Intune environments, including troubleshooting and request resolution

Assist customers in transitioning workloads from SCCM to Intune and analyze logs to identify root causes of issues

Document support requests and collaborate with engineering teams for advanced troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

Experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune environments

Proficiency in PowerShell, SQL, and reporting tools like PowerBI

Strong understanding of Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and mobile device management

Experience with automation and integration solutions

Knowledge of certificates, PKI, and RBAC principles
