Key Responsibilities Develop organized repositories and repeatable processes to enhance team efficiency Maintain corporate records and manage virtual data rooms for transactions and due diligence Lead the contract lifecycle management, including templates, signatures, and renewal tracking Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Contracts Manager, or Legal Projects Manager Bachelor's degree required Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams with limited supervision Ability to quickly reprioritize tasks as business needs change Experience coordinating across various functions to achieve results
