Key Responsibilities

Develop data-informed campaigns and collaborate with Recruiting to improve candidate experiences and strengthen talent attraction

Strategic mindset with proficiency in using performance metrics to refine messaging and optimize execution

Proven ability to build trusted partnerships across various teams and external agencies
