Role Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage and supervise housekeeping workers, and ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met. Key responsibilities also include staff training, monitoring laundry operations, handling inventory, and addressing any guest-related housekeeping concerns to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage housekeeping staff effectively
- Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry operations
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to address guest needs and maintain satisfaction
