Graduate Mining Engineer

As a Graduate Mining Engineer, you will support mine planning, operations, and development activities while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of the mining process. This is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates in mining or related engineering disciplines. You will work under the supervision of experienced engineers to develop technical and operational skills essential for a successful career in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of short-term and long-term mine plans
• Conduct field surveys, geological data analysis, and mapping
• Monitor and report on daily mining activities (e.g., drilling, blasting, hauling)
• Contribute to improving safety, productivity, and environmental compliance
• Perform equipment and resource usage analyses
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation using CAD or mine planning software
• Support project work such as mine design, ventilation, scheduling, or dewatering
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams including geologists, surveyors, and supervisors
• Participate in safety audits, toolbox talks, and site inspections

Pay: ₹27,005.89 - ₹39,966.50 per month
