Job Position :- Team Lead - Creative & Digital Media

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Lead and manage the Creative & Digital Media team for planning, execution, and delivery of all branding and promotional activities.
• Develop creative campaigns for wellness programs, genetic wellness services, and nutraceutical supplement products offered by Vieroots.
• Coordinate with Genetic consultants, doctors, product teams, and marketing departments to create scientifically aligned and engaging content.
• Supervise the creation of digital content including social media creatives, reels, advertisements, brochures, product posters, testimonials, podcasts, and brand campaigns.
• Ensure all creative outputs maintain Vieroots’ brand identity, wellness vision, and scientific communication standards.
• Manage product photoshoots, supplement promotional videos, influencer collaborations, and wellness awareness campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, competitor activities, and healthcare marketing trends to improve brand reach and customer engagement.
• Review and approve all creatives, video edits, captions, advertisements, and promotional materials before publishing.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team for ad creatives, campaign concepts, and lead-generation activities.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of projects by video editors, photographers, and content creators.
• Train and mentor team members to improve creativity, branding quality, and digital media performance.
• Support internal events, wellness seminars, product launches, health awareness programs, and corporate branding initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance, engagement reports, content reach, and digital growth metrics, and present reports to management.
• Stay updated with AI tools, design software, video production trends, digital marketing innovations, and wellness industry developments.
• Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, production teams, and branding partners whenever required.
• Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen Vieroots’ mission of personalized wellness, precision nutrition, and human performance optimization.

Qualifications for a Team Lead – Creative & Digital Media

Bachelor’s degree in:

• Multimedia / Visual Communication
• Mass Communication
• Graphic Design
• Animation
• Digital Marketing
• Film & Media
• Any related creative field

(Master’s degree or certifications in digital marketing, branding, or media management will be an added advantage.)

Experience

8–10 years of experience in:

• Creative design
• Video production/editing
• Social media management
• Digital marketing
• Branding or content creation
• Minimum 5–7 years of team handling or leadership experience preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
