Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across a range of digital and print media. This includes branding, advertising, marketing materials, website visuals, and social media content. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of design principles, creative flair, and proficiency with design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual content for various digital and print platforms (websites, social media, marketing materials, etc.).
• Branding: Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design work, ensuring that design elements align with brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to design assets that support campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
• Creative Concept Development: Brainstorm and create visual concepts that effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience.
• Photo and Video Editing: Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other media assets as required for various platforms.
• UI/UX Support: Assist in designing user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
• Design Iteration: Review and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, clients, or team members.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continually improve design skills and knowledge.
• Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma Course.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in graphic design (or equivalent).

Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, CANVA, etc.).
• Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with both print and digital design.
• Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
