What You’ll Do
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional care and supporting hospital success by:
- Conducting thorough consultations and diagnostics
- Developing and implementing treatment plans and surgical protocols
- Performing routine surgeries and dental procedures
- Managing patient records and ensuring accurate client communication and billing
- Providing post-operative care and follow-up
- Collaborating with the medical team on case discussions and best practices
- Supporting and mentoring veterinary technicians and support staff
Qualifications
- Veterinary license or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Alberta
- Strong clinical skills in both medicine and surgery
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Commitment to professional ethics and continuous learning
