The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and aligned with the approved design vision.
This role requires someone comfortable working on-site, managing multiple responsibilities, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete lifecycle of interior projects from planning to execution
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site execution teams
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and site progress
- Share regular project updates and progress reports with clients
- Ensure smooth on-site execution as per approved design plans
- Handle day-to-day site operations and resolve execution challenges
- Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the project Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in Interior Design or Construction Project Management
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work on-site and travel for project execution when required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Working Hours - Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Additional Information - Travel expenses during working hours for project-related work will be covered by the company.
