Verve Health & Fitness is a boutique, high-touch fitness and wellness company serving private clients, luxury residences, and hospitality partners across Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and Maryland.

For over 20 years, we've delivered concierge-level coaching focused on longevity, mobility, and intelligent movement for adults 40–80. Yoga is a core part of what we offer — and we're growing it.

We are hiring experienced yoga instructors who want to build a real career — not just fill a class roster.

Who This Role Is For

You are:

• RYT-200 certified or higher (RYT-500 preferred)
• Comfortable teaching adults 40+, including clients with joint concerns, limited mobility, or injury history
• Skilled across multiple formats: All Levels, Power/Vinyasa, and Restorative
• Confident in both group class and private/semi-private settings
• Polished, punctual, and highly accountable
• Energized by long-term client relationships — not just drop-in attendance

You understand that five-star service matters as much as sequencing.

What You'll Do

• Lead structured group yoga classes (in-gym, corporate, and hotel/resort settings)
• Deliver private and semi-private yoga sessions for individual clients
• Adapt programming for mobility limitations, chronic pain, and recovery needs
• Track client progress and communicate with the team professionally
• Maintain a calm, elevated, and client-centered environment
• Represent Verve's brand with confidence and composure

Compensation

• $30–$55 per class or session (experience-based)
• Higher rates for in-home and corporate sessions
• Growth opportunities through hotel, corporate, and leadership roles
