Customer Success Specialist

Rajkot | FactoHR | 0–3 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to ensure a seamless experience for clients using factoHR. You will handle onboarding, client engagement, and support while maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to understand client needs
  • Monitor product usage and improve customer satisfaction
  • Handle queries and escalations effectively
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams for feedback
  • Maintain reports and client data using Excel

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused and proactive approach
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks

Qualification

  • MBA (Marketing) / MCA / Any Graduate
