Customer Success Specialist
Rajkot | FactoHR | 0–3 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to ensure a seamless experience for clients using factoHR. You will handle onboarding, client engagement, and support while maintaining strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
- Conduct regular follow-ups to understand client needs
- Monitor product usage and improve customer satisfaction
- Handle queries and escalations effectively
- Coordinate with sales and product teams for feedback
- Maintain reports and client data using Excel
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and proactive approach
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks
Qualification
- MBA (Marketing) / MCA / Any Graduate
