Enjoy Talent Acquisition? Want to manage/mentor another in a year or two? Our engineering client tasked us to find TA Manager in Northern Virginia. This role oversees the entire recruitment process and acts as a trusted partner in maintaining streamlined, well-coordinated, and consistent hiring practices across several office locations.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Develop and execute recruitment, selection, and interview strategies Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, and create job descriptions Identify and attract top talent by building relationships with job seekers and candidates Monitor key recruitment metrics to analyze and improve the effectiveness of hiring processes Engage across the organization to involve others in the recruiting process Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and make recommendations to improve functionality Partner with recruiting agencies as appropriate Engage with the marketing department to develop social media strategies focused on recruitment Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws Three (3) or more years’ experience in a Recruiting role with a solid background in development of recruitment strategy for technical recruiting Experience of consulting, professional services, or technical recruiting environment Knowledge, expertise, and creativity in developing targeted sourcing plans including social networking sites, college campuses, internal referral programs, etc. Demonstrated knowledge of legal principles around recruiting ***This role is 5 days in the office
