Commercial Real Estate Underwriter

Our client is a regional financial institution that has a national reach. They are currently seeking an Underwriter to join their growing Commercial Real Estate Banking team in Montgomery County.

Candidates must have 2-6 years' experience in a commercial credit underwriting or portfolio management capacity with a focus on commercial real estate transactions. Incumbent will handle transactions ranging from $3MM-50MM. Daily responsibilities include credit analysis, underwriting, modifications, renewals and portfolio monitoring. Bachelor's degree required.
