Veritas In Home Care is a premium US-based home care agency. We are looking for a highly articulate, energetic, and proactive Operations & Scheduling Associate to join our backend team from India.
This is a fresher-friendly, entry-level position for university graduates. If you have stunning English communication skills and a great attitude, we will provide 100% of the training you need during onboarding!
Your main goal is speed and connection: understanding what our elderly clients need, finding the right caregivers, and keeping our schedules running perfectly.
Key Responsibilities
- Caregiver Hiring & Screening: Review applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and vet local US caregivers to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Smart Scheduling: Review client care requirements and precisely match and assign the right caregivers to open shifts.
- Rapid Communication: Proactively manage shift updates, call-outs, and scheduling emergencies via phone, text, and email. In this role, time is of the essence!
- Relationship Building: Actively communicate with our caregiving team to build trust, keep them engaged, and ensure high reliability.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: A completed Graduate/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Flawless English: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory. You must feel entirely confident speaking with Americans over the phone.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable working quickly with smartphones, text messaging apps, email, and computer software.
- Proactive Attitude: You don't wait to be told what to do. You see an open shift and move fast to fill it.
- Night Shift Commitment: Complete comfort and reliability to work fixed US Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours from home.
What We Offer
- Stable Fixed Pay: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 INR per month fixed base.
- Weekly Performance Incentives: Earn an additional ₹50 for every single job you staff once you hit a baseline of 10 staffed jobs in a week.
- Full Training Provided: We will guide you step-by-step through our systems, phone scripts, and scheduling logic.
