Senior Accounts Executive (SAP FICO)

As a Senior Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO, your role will involve the following responsibilities:

• **Transaction Management:** You will be responsible for posting daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate General Ledger records within SAP.
• **AP & AR Operations:** Your tasks will include processing incoming payments, monitoring outgoing invoices, and managing vendor/client communications.
• **Account Reconciliation:** Performing regular reconciliations of AP/AR balances and bank statements to ensure zero discrepancies.
• **Financial Reporting:** Supporting month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including the preparation of schedules for audits.
• **Data Integrity:** Maintaining up-to-date vendor/customer master files and ensuring all supporting documentation complies with company policy.
• **Reporting:** Utilizing SAP and Advanced Excel to generate financial reports for management review.

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (M.Com Finance preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP End User (FICO module) with proficiency in T-codes for posting, clearing, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping, 3-way matching, and GST/Tax principles (if applicable).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically using VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to manage large datasets.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders under tight deadlines.
