Role Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Executive - Data Analyst/Mining & Client Servicing to support our international exhibition and conferences. The role involves researching and identifying potential exhibitors, sponsors, and industry stakeholders, maintaining accurate databases, and ensuring effective communication and relationship management with clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong research skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer focused approach.

Desired Skillset

Conduct market research and data mining to identify potential exhibitors, sponsors, delegates, and industry contacts across various sectors.

Build, maintain, and update databases from exhibitions happening across the target market with accurate and relevant business information.

Generate data like company/contact/decision makers detailed information and qualify leads through online research, industry directories, social media platforms, and other sources.

Assist in developing target lists for international exhibitions, conferences, and business events.

Coordinate with prospective and existing clients through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

Track client interactions, follow-ups, and status updates in internal systems.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to support event objectives.

Prepare reports on lead generation activities, database growth, and client engagement metrics. Qualifications:

Min 1 year experience in same profile in Exhibition industry.

Hands on experience on Apollo, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other data extraction tools.

Timely support and assistance to clients going for exhibitions.

Strong internet research and data mining skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.

Ability to interact professionally with international clients and stakeholders.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Prior experience in exhibitions, conferences, events, lead generation, or client servicing will be an advantage. Good to have:

Candidates having exposure to another language,

Immediate joiners preferred.
