Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily administrative operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth workflow, continuity of services and seamless employee experience.
- Plant Upkeep: Oversee and coordinate for repair and maintenance of office and administrative areas, housekeeping, and security protocols to ensure a safe, productive working environment.
- Vendor Management: Office/plant facilities, cleaning, upkeeping, and coordinate with vendors or suppliers.

- Vendor and Contract Management: Manage relationships, contracts, Invoicing and service level agreements (SLAs) with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures; ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
- Inventory & Procurement: Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, canteen, and safety equipment.
- Budgeting and resource management: Monitoring expenses, managing office budgets, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Staff Supervision: Supervision and training of administrative personnel, providing guidance and coaching to maximize efficiency. Oversee and manage daily office administration tasks.
- Document Control: Manage records, files, and reports, ensuring accurate documentation.
Qualifications & Skills -
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 7-8 years of experience in administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively to execute tasks.
- Communication and problem solving: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & ERP.
