Job Opportunity: Accountant (Mid-Level)
We are looking for a data-savvy Accountant with 2–3 years of experience and excellent English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who goes beyond basic bookkeeping and truly enjoys using Advanced Excel to visualize financial health and communicate those insights clearly to stakeholders.
In this role, you will play a critical part in managing our contractor-based billing cycle and providing the leadership team with the dashboards and clarity needed to move the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Centralized Reporting: Design and maintain a "Single Source of Truth" dashboard in Excel that consolidates all major financial reports.
- Contractor & Payroll Support: Manage payroll data and track hourly billing for contractors to ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
- AR/AP Management: Take full ownership of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Aging Reports to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly explain financial reports, discrepancies, and aging status to management and clients in fluent English.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years in an accounting or financial data role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills. You must be able to draft professional emails to clients regarding billing and present financial data clearly.
- Excel Mastery: High proficiency is essential. You should be comfortable with:
- Building interactive Dashboards.
- Advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, Index/Match, Nested IFs).
- Pivot Tables and Data Visualization.
- Precision: Exceptional accuracy in managing hourly billing data and payroll support.
