About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about social media, content creation, branding, and digital marketing.
Candidates with relevant internships, freelance projects, campus leadership roles, or hands-on social media experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions, posts, and content that aligns with brand objectives.
- Assist in planning and maintaining monthly content calendars.
- Monitor social media trends and identify content opportunities.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to execute content plans.
- Support community management by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Track content performance and share basic insights and recommendations.
- Assist in influencer outreach, campaign execution, and brand-building initiatives.
- Contribute creative ideas for reels, campaigns, and audience engagement activities.
Requirements
- Graduate or final-year student from any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Internship, freelance, personal brand, college society, or content creation experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic content creation tools.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working from our Gurugram office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship in Social Media, Marketing, Content, Branding, or Communications.
- Experience managing social media pages, college communities, or personal content projects.
