Creative Brand Lead

Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly creative and strategy-driven Creative Brand Lead to shape the overall brand direction, content positioning, and creative communication across digital platforms.

This role is not focused on routine posting or generic social media execution. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh thinking, guide the creative team with strong content direction, identify new content opportunities, and build a distinct brand identity that stands out in a crowded market.

The ideal candidate should understand audience psychology, storytelling, internet culture, branding, and content strategy while being capable of leading social media and creative teams toward more original, engaging, and high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall creative and brand direction across social media and digital platforms
• Develop unique content strategies, campaign ideas, and brand communication concepts
• Guide content, design, and social media teams with clear creative direction
• Identify repetitive content patterns and introduce fresh creative approaches
• Build strong brand storytelling and maintain consistency across all platforms
• Research audience behaviour, market trends, and viral content opportunities
• Work closely with founders and leadership on brand positioning and campaign planning
• Oversee campaign execution, content quality, and creative output across teams
• Drive audience engagement, brand recall, and content innovation
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, agencies, and external partners when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Media, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in branding, creative strategy, social media, content direction, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience psychology, and content performance
• Ability to think creatively and generate original campaign and content ideas
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Experience in D2C brands, agencies, creator-led businesses, startups, or digital-first companies preferred
• Strong sense of branding, aesthetics, storytelling, and internet culture
• Comfortable working from office in Gurugram
