About ValleyNXT Ventures
ValleyNXT Ventures is a VC + Accelerator platform backing early-stage deep-tech, sustainability, and consumer innovation startups. We don’t just invest capital—we work hands-on with founders through our proprietary MIB Framework (Mentorship, Investment, Business Connects) to help shape outcomes early, where venture alpha is created. Backed by partnerships with IITs, IISc, and 60+ incubators, we combine institutional access with operational execution.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full investment lifecycle: sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, IC preparation, and portfolio management
- Work closely with founders on GTM strategy, capital efficiency, fundraising readiness, and growth execution
- Build relationships across founders, co-investors, corporates, and ecosystem partners
- Contribute to investment thesis development and follow-on investment decisions
Who We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years in VC/PE/startup investing with strong early-stage investing experience
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution capabilities
- Founder-facing operator mindset — hands-on, strategic, and execution-oriented
- Experience in deep-tech, sustainability, or accelerator ecosystems is a plus
