Job description
Valcourt is a leading provider of commercial restoration, waterproofing, window cleaning, and exterior building services. With branch locations across North America, Valcourt is committed to safety, operational excellence, and providing best-in-class service to our customers.
Valcourt is seeking an experienced Enterprise Fleet Manager to lead and manage our company-wide fleet program across all operating companies. This role will provide strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight for approximately 900 fleet assets supporting 44+ branch locations throughout North America.
The Enterprise Fleet Manager will be responsible for the full vehicle lifecycle, including acquisition, upfitting, assignments, maintenance, compliance, telematics, cost management, and disposal. This position will serve as the primary point of contact between Valcourt and key fleet partners, including Element Fleet Management, Samsara, OEMs, upfitters, maintenance vendors, fuel providers, insurance partners, and internal business leaders.
The ideal candidate is a strong fleet leader who can build enterprise-wide policies and processes while also supporting the day-to-day needs of field operations.
Key Responsibilities: Fleet Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute Valcourt’s enterprise fleet strategy.
- Align fleet initiatives with company operational and financial goals.
- Establish fleet KPIs, reporting standards, and performance metrics.
- Create fleet policies, procedures, and governance standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the fleet program.
- Serve as the company’s subject matter expert for fleet operations.
- Present fleet performance, trends, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
Vehicle Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle of company vehicles, including
- Vehicle specifications
- OEM selection

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fleet Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10+ years of fleet management experience.
- Experience managing large-scale fleets of 500+ vehicles.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.
- Vendor negotiation and contract management experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel and data analytics proficiency.
- Experience using fleet management software.
Preferred
- CAFM, Certified Automotive Fleet Manager.
- CAFS certification.
- Experience with Element Fleet Management.
- Experience with Samsara telematics.
- Multi-state fleet compliance experience.
- Construction, commercial services, or field service fleet experience.
