Job Summary

We are hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to handle and manage a global affiliate marketing projects. This is a hands-on role focused on managing affiliate platforms, optimizing partner performance, and driving digital sales growth through structured affiliate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage affiliate platforms such as Trade Desk, Commission Junction, and similar tools

Review and onboard affiliate partners

Monitor affiliate traffic quality and compliance

Track and optimize campaign performance (CPA, ROAS, conversions)

Work with affiliates to improve sales through offers and promotions

Identify underperforming partners and improve ROI

Maintain performance reports and share insights

Coordinate with teams and client stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

36 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing

Strong experience with affiliate platforms (Trade Desk, Commission Junction preferred)

Positive understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, CVR)

Experience managing affiliate partnerships and optimizing campaigns

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns independently

Preferred experience in handling global/multi-market affiliate programs

Background in telecom, e-commerce, or subscription models
