Senior Brand Manager

As a Senior Brand Manager at Outline Media based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in leading brand, marketing, and communication initiatives for a diverse client portfolio in a fast-paced branding and advertising agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with client goals
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and web platforms
• Translate business objectives into impactful brand narratives and campaigns
• Stay updated with market trends, consumer behavior, and industry benchmarks
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and lead client discussions, presentations, and pitch meetings
• Understand client needs and proactively suggest growth-driven strategies to drive client retention and long-term partnerships
• Lead the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, and brand presentations with strong storytelling and persuasive communication
• Manage and mentor internal teams including creative, digital, and content to ensure smooth project execution and quality delivery
• Guide creative direction across campaigns, branding, and communication while contributing to ideation and brand storytelling
• Work closely with design, performance marketing, content, and web teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution across all platforms

Qualifications Required:

• 6+ years of experience in a branding/advertising/digital agency
• Proven track record of handling multiple brands and campaigns
• Experience in industries like real estate, healthcare, education, or premium sectors is a plus
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
