Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing high-quality B2B and B2C acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities across our online platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing email marketing campaigns from beginning to end, including plan development, targeting, setup, implementation, and reporting/analysis.
- Initiating and managing lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel.
- Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests.
- Analyzing data and making smart recommendations to increase traffic, the number of quality leads, and conversion rates.
- Using benchmark data from internal and external sources, as well as researching and evaluating market behavior, trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Developing and measuring key metrics around the business, including deliverability, user acquisition, conversion rates, account engagement, and engagement rates.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining regular reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collaborating effectively with US-based stakeholders to align on strategies and execution.
