Job Description

As a Salesforce QA Tester, you will work on the Salesforce platform to develop and execute tests ensuring product quality. The role requires a strong background in object-oriented programming and modern Quality Engineering frameworks.

You will be responsible for quality engineering across the full software development lifecycle, including frontend and backend testing in a SaaS environment.

Must Have Skills

• Extensive UI Testing experience in Salesforce Core Clouds
• Experience working on minimum 2 Salesforce (SFDC) projects
• Strong SQL querying skills for post-data migration validations
• Good functional knowledge of Salesforce products
• Experience testing web-based applications in SaaS architecture
• Strong knowledge of software testing strategies and methodologies
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to design and execute automated test cases
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in distributed teams

Good to Have Skills

• Healthcare domain experience
• Experience with test automation frameworks
• Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to full-stack testing (frontend + backend)
• Experience working closely with development and infrastructure teams

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and automation requirements
• Design and develop scalable automated test solutions
• Maintain and manage automated test artifacts (versioning, backups, reuse)
• Execute test cases and analyze results
• Prepare and communicate test reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work with development and infrastructure teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot test failures and improve automation frameworks
