Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Laboratory IT support or CDS administration .
- Hands-on experience with Empower software administration .
- Strong knowledge of chromatography systems and instrument integration.
- Proven troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Solid understanding of FDA regulations, GxP compliance, and data integrity principles .
- Experience working in regulated environments (Pharma / Life Sciences).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, QA, and laboratory stakeholders.
- Exposure to vendor coordination and basic project management activities.
- Experience in global deployments and multi-site support environments.
⭐ Positive to Have
- Familiarity with NuGenesis or other scientific data management systems.
- Knowledge of LIMS or other laboratory systems.
- Experience with system validation documentation (CSV lifecycle).
- ITIL or service management exposure.
