Trademark Attorney Needed for Confidential Federal Clearance Search (Books & Education Sector)

I am seeking a U.S.-licensed trademark attorney to conduct a formal federal trademark clearance search for a mark I intend to use in connection with:

• Printed books (IC 016)
• Educational services / digital content (IC 041)

The mark will be disclosed only after you have been hired.

Scope of work:

1.Comprehensive USPTO search (wordmark and related variations)

2. Review of relevant International Classes (016 and 041 primarily)

3. Analysis of likelihood of confusion risks

4. Identification of potentially conflicting registered, pending, or common-law marks

5. Written risk assessment with clear recommendation regarding registrability

6. Brief consultation (30–45 minutes) to discuss findings
