Job Description
As a Solution Customer Success Manager (SCSM) at SAP, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the adoption of SAP Finance and Spend Management solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining trusted relationships with CFOs, Finance, and Procurement leaders to understand their business objectives and drive adoption, consumption, and value realization of Finance and Spend Management solutions. - Ensuring continuous progress from adoption to optimization by aligning customers to the SAP Customer Value Journey. - Managing escalations, de-escalating critical situations, and applying risk mitigation strategies during complex implementations or transformations. - Taking ownership of renewals, retention, and churn mitigation for assigned customers, while identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales and account teams. - Contributing to account planning, governance, and long-term customer strategy. - Driving internal and external enablement activities, collaborating with SAP partners, and working closely with regional and global SAP teams to ensure successful delivery of finance and procurement transformations. Your qualifications should include: - 8+ years of experience with cloud software solutions in finance and/or spend management, with at least 10 years of overall experience in roles such as Customer Success, Solution Advisory, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Sales, or Product Management. - Hands-on consulting or implementation experience is a strong advantage. - Bachelors degree required, with an MBA, Masters in Finance, or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred. - Strong business acumen, executive presence, relationship-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and customer-centric approach. - Deep understanding of SAP Finance and Spend Management Solutions, including expertise in areas such as Planning & Consolidation, Treasury & Cash Management, Billing, Revenue & Innovation Management, Global Trade & Tax, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing Suite, and Supplier Risk.
