A professional appraisal organization is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Appraiser in New York City. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting appraisals of various real estate properties, preparing market analysis reports, and overseeing the appraisal process. The ideal candidate should have a valid New York State appraiser license, a bachelor's degree, and relevant appraisal experience. This position allows for remote work flexibility up to two days a week.
