**Job Description:** As part of the Global Risk Management team at Turner & Townsend, the role of Contract Reviewer entails supporting the operational business in contracting with stakeholders and providing advice on associated risks. Your responsibilities will include: - Undertaking contract reviews - Liaising with PII and general insurance brokers to confirm coverage and respond to queries - Providing ad hoc contract advice to operational teams and collaborating with clients/legal teams to resolve contractual matters when required - Supporting operational teams through the RM process to expedite contract finalization - Assisting in the enhancement of risk management tools, systems, and processes - Working with operational teams to enhance risk management awareness, compliance, and capability - Taking a leading role in contract negotiations when demonstrating capability **Key Role Requirements:** - **Make change happen:** You should be resilient and adaptable. - **Do better every day:** Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask. - **Collaborate to deliver our best work:** Possess a positive attitude, influencing skills, and the ability to build relationships across various teams and levels. - **Always learning:** Stay updated with changes in contract law and industry best practices. - **Treat each other with care and respect:** Showcase good interpersonal and negotiation skills. **Qualifications:** **Technical Competence:** - Law degree or equivalent legal qualification/experience - Previous experience in reviewing/re-drafting contracts - Strong administrative skillset in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint) **Language Competencies:** - Fluent in English, proficiency in any other local language is advantageous **Additional Information:** Turner & Townsend values its people, providing a supportive work environment where individuals have the opportunity to influence change.
