GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize marketing and sales automation systems. This role requires someone who understands funnels, CRM workflows, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization. You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and driving results through smart automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automation workflows inside GoHighLevel
• Create and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and pipelines
• Set up email, SMS, and voicemail automation campaigns
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs where necessary
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automations for performance and reliability
• Manage CRM structure, tagging systems, and lead segmentation
• Collaborate with the team to develop automation strategies that improve conversions
• Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimizations

Requirements

• Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales funnels
• Experience with integrations using Zapier, Make, or similar tools
• Ability to think strategically and execute technically
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently
