Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern JavaScript technologies to help improve an existing healthcare platform.

Initial Step – Consultation

First of all, we are looking for a ~1-hour consultation with an experienced Full Stack Engineer to:

Review the current system
Clarify open technical questions
Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
Suggest practical optimization strategies

The ideal candidate for this consultation should have deep, hands-on experience in the JavaScript ecosystem, particularly:

Node.js / NestJS

React / Next.js

TypeScript

RESTful APIs & API integrations

Database design (PostgreSQL / MongoDB)

After a successful consultation and clear identification of bottlenecks, we plan to continue collaboration on:

Improving existing features
Implementing small but impactful enhancements

The workload is relatively light and focused on iterative improvements rather than building large systems from scratch.

Required Technical Skills

We are looking for a well-rounded Full Stack Developer with experience in:

Frontend: React, Next.js, AngularJS, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

Backend: Node.js, NestJS, API development, API integration

Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript

Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Mobile (nice to have): React Native, Mobile App Development

General: Web Development, Web Application Architecture, Web Design principles

Additional Requirements

Strong understanding of component architecture and responsive design

Experience with containerized environments (e.g., Docker) is a plus

Experience in healthcare projects is a strong advantage (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001)

Communication

English is a must

Ukrainian (native) is a big plus for smoother internal communication :)

We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of quickly understanding an existing codebase and suggesting meaningful improvements. Open to working with experienced individual developers or agencies.
