I'm looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) specialist who has successfully improved email lead generation funnels, particularly for YouTube or Google Ads traffic.
This is not a request to redesign my website from scratch.
Instead, I want someone to analyse my existing funnel and identify why visitors are not converting into email subscribers.
The background
I run a specialist commercial real estate research business.
My audience includes:
Commercial real estate investors
REIT investors
ETF investors
Brokers
Developers
Commercial property professionals
Traffic comes primarily from YouTube and Google Ads.
The offer is a free commercial real estate guide in exchange for an email address.
What makes this unusual
The campaign is generating attention.
