Hi,
I’m looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist to review my WooCommerce store and identify opportunities to improve conversions and overall customer experience.
My store is a kawaii-themed ecommerce shop focused on “mystery bundle” products (scoops + premium gachas). Most of my traffic comes from TikTok, so the audience is highly visual and impulse-driven.
What I’m looking for:
- A full CRO audit of my website (especially product pages and checkout)
- Identify friction points affecting conversions
- Suggestions to improve product page clarity, trust, and buying motivation
- Recommendations to improve bundle presentation and increase AOV
- Feedback on mobile vs desktop experience
- Actionable, specific suggestions (not generic advice)
Important:
- The site currently has some technical fixes in progress (cart, layout, etc.), so this is focused on conversion and UX improvements after those are resolved
- Experience with ecommerce (preferably WooCommerce) is required
- Experience with bundles, upsells, or similar products is a big plus
Deliverable:
- A clear list of prioritized recommendations (what to fix first, what will have biggest impact)
- Optional: quick mockups or examples if relevant
This is a small initial project, but if we’re a good fit, there may be ongoing work.
